Status Grand Prix has entered into a multi-year media partnership with motorsport channel RaceWorld TV, which will be activated in 2014 through the team’s GP3 Series programme.
RaceWorld TV, an innovative multi-platform media channel serving the global motorsport audience, will promote its brand through Status GP’s team in the Formula One™ support series, which starts at this weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuit de Catalunya. Its logo will feature prominently on the #27 car driven by Richie Stanaway in Barcelona, and will be carried across the three-car team through the year.
Emphasising its position at the cutting-edge of how motorsport can be followed through social media and on-line video content, RaceWorld TV will also use the partnership for interactive fan engagement through the GP3 Series season. Status GP’s drivers Stanaway, Alfonso Celis Jr and Nick Yelloly will all feature in online video diaries and fan interaction, which can be viewed through the Status GP portal on RaceWorld TV’s channel on YouTube™ at www.youtube.com/raceworldtvchannel.
Raceworld TV, owned by award-winning entertainment company Formula Fun Entertainment, is a multi-media platform connecting motorsport fans with their heroes and puts the next generation of rising motorsport stars and teams in the limelight.
The RaceWorld TV channel comprises videos from a globally recognised portfolio of motorsport brands, including leading teams in F1, touring cars, endurance racing and rallying. Status GP arrives at Barcelona off the back of a successful pre-season testing programme, in which Yelloly topped the times in two of six days, and Stanaway and Celis both featured in the Top 6. The GP3 Series is comprised by 18 races featuring at nine F1 Grands Prix across Europe, Russia and the Middle East.
